The board prices 12 operations, most of them twice: once for a বিশেষজ্ঞ, a specialist surgeon, and once for an অভিজ্ঞ, an experienced one. Beside each package figure is the same operation with medicines included.

Where an operation proves more complex, the rate may vary on the surgeon's advice. All other operations are priced by discussion.
So the 12 operations above are the whole of the published list; the board’s own words on anything else are above.
Who performs these
The board prices the operation; it does not name the surgeon. Caesareans, gallbladder, hernia, piles, fistula and tonsil operations are done in this hospital’s single theatre, by the visiting surgeon on duty.
Which surgeon that is depends on the day. Where a consultant’s own board names a procedure, the row above links to it; each one’s degrees, posts and consulting hours are set out in full on the consultants page.
